FIRSTHELP AND THEIR TOW DRIVERS

I got involved in an accident Monday at Gezina, I then after seein that then guy who hit me from the back is acting up and this might problematic, I told the tow truck that I need my car to be towed back to my house as I don't have insurance, of which he charged me the price of R750, as I was about to go to the ATM to withdraw, he told me that a guy was looking for me, He's from rang and he said it's the guy, the person said they are the ones who towed the other car that hit me and he said he spoke to them and agreed that the car can be taken to waltloo yard for assessment and evaluation to the charge of them, i then asked how this will work and he advised that don't worry they will claim everything from this people and I don't have to worry and I don't have even have to worry about paying the guy towing me, I reluctantly agreed and went to the police station for an accident report, I was called by firsthelp tuesday asking if I have insurance and I told them but the guy who towed me and the other tow guy took this car here because they said they will claim from the guy who hit me, lady sounded surprised but I then said I will contact the tow drivers who now are not responding to anything, I went to the waltloo site where I was given an invoice of over R10 000 to have the car released, I don't have that kind of money and I feel duped because I wanted my car to be taken to my residence, where do I get R10 000 on something I didn't want, I mean why would I want my car to be taken there?? I knew I had no insurance.. Can I please get help on this, they rather take my car back to the accident scene or I'll fetch my car there because I feel duped and feel like people who just had accidents are taken advantage off, then gentleman at the office was really helpful but stated he can not make this decisions but he will write a note on the system
