FIRST HELP...........themselves

On Saturday 29 June my son had an accident in which his vehicle was totalled. The First Help driver on site told us that they do auctions and could sell the vehicle. There was also no cost for the towing to the auction yard, as the sale of the vehicle would cover their cost and we might get a little from the auction. On Monday morning i phoned the First Help WEST STAORAGE YARD, where i was informed that the vehicle will not be auctioned and that the information that we received from the tow truck driver was false. We also needed to pay R12000 in fees to release the vehicle. I then explained to them that i do not have the finances to pay for that. The lady told me that i need to give them permision to take the vehicle, s**** the vehicle from the road, and supply them with the vehicles papers, as this will cover their costs. Today i received a invoice from them amounting to almost R14000 which i have no means of being able to pay. Phoning them is pointless as there is no way of reasoning with them or coming to a resolve. I am currently looking at avenues to deal with the matter so it can be resolved
