FIRST HELP TOWING - NOT TRUSTWORTHY

On Sunday by DF Malan friends of mine was in a car accident and First Help Towing was on the seen and subsequently towed their car to the towing yard on the N1. When they went there yesterday 18.03.2024 to go and collect all the belongings that was left in the car the car was empty when they queried it, it was said they towed the car to the yard and they take no responsibility for what was left in the car. So what it's free range for them to take whatever is left behind in your car in a very stressful situation as is and not thinking clearly to just take out all your belongings.
