First Help towing no help

My husband was in an accident and First Help were organised to tow his car a street away to his home, instead they took it to Roodepoort and now there is nobody available to answer any questions regarding getting it to Randburg as requested. His colleague was with the towing vehicle and they stopped at the gate and then drove off.

Good day

I see this is the standard response to all complaints. And it looks like the exact complaint from most of the people who have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with you. However, the police, who were witnesses at the accident and witnessed the agreement between your towers and the car owner, they have advised that we lay a charge of theft as towing the vehicle to your yard was not agreed on. There are several witnesses and also camera footage at the car owners complex in the next street where he went inside to get the garage keys and the driver just drove off with his car. We are giving you an option of dealing with this if you are an ethical company, or we will lay a charge and take this further, which we would prefer not to do.

Never happened and your rude receptionist said their managers are busy and don't even have an email address so you have to wait for someone to call you, which they never do. Then you get an sms saying because you haven't contacted First Help your vehicle will be towed to the long-term facility and they won't tell you where and only that it will cost for each additional day. Looks like this is the way you make your money.

Good Morning Claire

Trust you are well

Please note that you are more than welcome to visit the branch regarding your vehicle and have the discussion of settling the invoice with Management , alternatively yes the vehicle will be moved to the long term storage yard as we do not have ample space to keep the vehicles .

Trust the above is in order.
