FIRST HELP TOWING DRIVERS LOOT CLIENTS VEHICLES

first help towing drivers looted my vehicle which they towed in Pretoria on 04/04/2026. All my convenience items ranging from tissue box, hand sanitizer, shopping bags, umbrella and brand regalia, clothing items in my boot, organising rack and gift vouchers were all looted by the driver who towed my vehicle from accident scene. the company is giving me a run around when requesting additional information regarding movement of vehicle from point of accident scene to delivery point which is the panel beaters. to make matters worse HELLO PETER seems to be protecting this act as they removed a review I had loaded 17/04/2026 stating that I have breached their rules, not specifying which rule has exactly been breached so that I can be cautious in future reviews
