First Help Towing Driver negligence

I am deeply disappointed with First Help Towing. One of their drivers skipped a red robot and crashed into my son's car. Instead of taking responsibility, the driver handed my son a copy of his ID card and towed the car back to my sons townhouse, claiming that their insurance would cover the damages since it was their fault.

My son reported the accident to the police and obtained a case number. When he contacted the driver, he was told to seek compensation from the government, blaming the malfunctioning robot for the accident. This is unacceptable.

I urge First Help Towing's top management to take responsibility for their driver's actions and ensure that proper compensation is provided for the damages caused. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.
