First Help Towing

I had a car accident First help tow truck drivers arrived I told them I didn't want them to tow my car. They asked me what insurance company I am with and I told them. My phone died while I was on a call with my insurance. A First Help guy gave me his phone and said on the other side of the call is my insurance company. they had a collision report and they said that First Help could tow my car to Proline Autobody in Wynberg. The First Help agent said that he will tow the car to Proline Autobody assessors. About a hour later, I called Proline to find out if my car has been assessed, they said no they hadn't even received the car. We have discussed where the vehicle will be towed to, we agreed that it would be to Proline as that is where the insurance does the assessment explained by the agent, once everything has settled, I soon discovered that the vehicle was towed to First Help assessment centre in Banfield, i was involved in a car accident and someone from first help said they called insurance and they gave me a phone and i was told it was sorted, now they say i owe 12K for 1 day storage and towing, . They Firstly Help is a *****. Stay away. now I am requesting the invoices to get my car back and the agent is refusing to send them to me.
