First Help Towing

I was involved in a car accident on the 4th June 2020 around 21:19 p.m. The 1st towing guy to get to the scene was ( Matiane ) registration number (JF 39 RC GP ).

This guy was very rude to me when I asked how far or how long will the truck driver get to the scene to take my car. He started screaming and saying I I don't have patience I must take my car and go home. The worst part of this matter is that he was driving with his girlfriend in the company car who then stepped out to swear at me and attacked me verbally!

I sent an email to First Help management / PA a week ago and no one acknowledged my email or reached out till this day :(
