********* First Help Towing

On Monday 27/01/25 at 20:23 I called Vaney at First Help to report an accident a few seconds after it happened. The location was in Parkwood at the intersection of Jan Smuts and Wells Avenue. I called again later at 20:32 to enquire about how reporting an accident and renumeration worked and was rudely advised that would be contacted if there was a successful job.

I received no call back and decided to call Vaney again this morning, I was advised that he had never received any call from my number and my call Wednesday 29/01/25 was the first contact ever received by him. I then instructed Vaney that I have the evidence of my calls on my phones call registry. I then forwarded it to him only to be advised that the renumeration was paid out to another person who apparently called on Monday evening at exactly the same time as I did.

If this was true, why was I not instructed on Monday evening at 20:23 that the accident was already reported to him by another person?

Vaney sent me a screenshot of his calls for Monday evening with my initial call at 20:23 deleted from the record, however the 2nd call was appearing. I find it highly ********* of Vaney to do this and insisted that I did not call when my call history clearly shows that I did. His telephone manner was extremely rude and highly disrespectful.

It appears that First Help is merely running a **** to get accident reports but never holding up their end of the agreement, going as far as falsifying evidence to this end.
