First Help roodepoort

I recently had a very negative experience with this towing company in roodepoort. The tow truck driver (MR Q) misrepresented the services, claiming that they could help me claim money even if the other vehicle involved wasn’t insured. He also told me that if I drove my vehicle from the accident scene, I wouldn't be able to claim and that the car had to be taken on a flatbed truck.

Additionally, the driver failed to show my boyfriend the terms and conditions on the form and didn’t perform the correct checks on the vehicle. To make matters worse, he didn’t write his name on the form , which raised serious concerns about accountability and transparency. Also another tow driver laughed and told me id been boomslang (****med).

When I went to the office to complain, the staff were dismissive, brushing it off as a "he said, she said" issue. While one manager was helpful, Bianca, another manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I expected much better service and honesty. This company needs to improve transparency, staff training, and professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
