First Help, poor service, ***** and *******

I had an accident on the 26 of August 2023 first help towed my car as I passed out on the scene, on the 30th they called me and say they have my car so I must pay for storage which I didn't have any problem with, they ask for my email I give the lady my email to send me an invoice, its unfortunately I never received an email from first help. October I called them and asked how long does it take for them to send invoice they said they no longer have my car it's been transferred to long term storage they provide me with the number, when I call it was an auction company when I asked them about my car they said I will get a call from one of the agent, I never received any call from them until today. I've been calling them every week asking where is my car.they cut me off every time.the company that they said it's long term storage confirmed that they no longer have my car it was sold with the fist help permission..I called first again to understand who gives them authority to sell my car they cut me off every day.

Advice to everyone, if you had an accident try by all means not to use FIRST HELP
