First help please that car was my source of income to feed my kids now l have nothing

I had an accident 2 weeks back and my car was towed by a first help guy ,at the accident site the tow guy told me l will pay 2500 for fixing the car and l don't have to pay for towing or anything that day when l got home l got an invoice through email for 11400rands they said l have to pay that or they will sell my car and it's not even fixed
