FIRST HELP NOT TOWING VEHICLE TO RECOMMENDED PANELBEATERS NAD NOT RESPONDING TO COMMUNICATION

My daughter was in an accident on 9 August 2022 at 16:10 in the afternoon, the vehicle was picked up by First Help Towing, and they were suppose to take the vehicle to Queenswood Panelbeaters as was indicated by my insurance. Just to get a call from renew It Sandton on 10 August 2022 and an e-mail in which they wanted me to sign a book-in disclaimer, which I denied as the vehicle was not at the right Panelbeaters. I asked for the vehicle to be towed to Queenswood Panelbeaters and that I be informed once it is there. I received no feedback from Rufus Meyer (Accident Control Manager) or Albertina Mondlane (Help24) fro First Help.

On 11 August 2022 I e-mailed them and requested an answer before 9:00, as I will then go to the police to report the vehicle as ******, neither Rufus Meyer or Albertina Mondlane bothered to respond to me, they only responded to Edna Nelson (Customer Service Agent) at Renew It.

Thus people please be very careful at accident scenes as these people do not tow the vehicle to where you as customer requires the vehicle to be towed to, and the two people mentioned above from First Help do not respond to one as a customer, which I find insulting, it's like they're too scared to talk to a customer, they're both really slackers, Edna on the other hand is the only one who answers emails.
