First Help Nelson Motha the Best Roadside Assistance!

I was involved in an incident of RoadRage, where a young man bumped into my car and continued to vandalise it while there was no Police or assistance on the side of the highway. I was unable to contact the Police due to my mobile device being off. The man who vandalised my car was very aggressive and hostile.

Mr Nelson Motha from First Help arrived voluntarily at the incident. He de-escalated the aggression of the vandaliser by talking to him and calming him down, he called the traffic Police and my insurance on my behalf, he assisted with taking a record of the incident in the form of pictures of icident, he also made sure that i was able to go to the police station to report the incident and talked to my insurance in order to assist in towing my vehicle.

In all this Mr Nelson Motha was calm and professional. I want to express extreme gratititue to Mr Nelson Motha and FirstHelp for the assistance i received on 13 November 2021. It was indeed very professional and first class.
