First help misleading me to towing my vehicle and refusing with it.

Good Day my car was involved in a car accident, where my car was parking at it prime resident, the guy that drove right in to my vehicle, had PMD insurance, so the insurance company was called by guys from First help and i took a footage of them confirming and verifying that all cost would be paid by the insurance company, i later found out i need to pay from my own pocket cause PMD doesn't cover for third party liability when it comes to storage and towing, mind you my vehicle could drive on it own and did not need to be towered. First help refused to release my car, i have a bill of +13000 that i need to pay. afterwards i laid a complain with PMD and after the investigation PMD responded stating that i must open a civil claim or report to SAPS and recover any fees paid by me cause i was clearly mislead, and at the same time removing them self from the matter. im stuck with the letter from PMD and having to make decisions, can someone please help cause i have suffered alot of damage due to first help swindling me. i need a lawyer that will work with me based on the evidence i have, i wasnt the only one duked that day, also my flat mate who was parking behind is invovled in the same case but he managed to pay the 10000 that first help as demanded from him, his car is back and still not fixed. we need help. if you going through the same, please contact me lets all get a lawyer that will sue the company for the damages, this cant keep going on. I'm going through depression i might need to go to hospital again after this, as we speak i cant keep a level head at work, my bosses are finding a way to help also, this company has caused alot of the damage in my life. i work for one of the retail banks a well known company, please reach out so we boycott this behavior, please reach out to me, i will also need to go to the media cause this is something their use to doing and so people must be aware and there must be some form of Ombud office to stop such issues and regulate such companies
