First Help is refusing with our car keys
If there was an option for zero on the stars I was gonna choose it. First Help is refusing with our car keys. We had an accident by M1 by the NewTOWN bridge in JHB few weeks ago. The car has been towed for fixing but a guy named Aurthur who towed our car did not leave the key with the company fixing our car. And this is causing a delay in their work.
WEve tried calling using the contacts on first help card we cant find the guy and those who work with him refuse to give us his contacts because his contacts are not on the card. I dont know why. Infact they keep saying they will tell him we called. Dude please give us our car key. We want nothing from you except our car key. Otherwise this might escalate to legal authorities. Why are you holding on to our car keys?
