First Help? I wouldn't call it help at all.

These guys came to assist with a tow on my ford. About two weeks after my car suddenly started overheating to the point where it starts cutting out. After inspection, I found my radiator fan was smashed to bits. Now I'm sitting with a smashed fan, a blown head gasket, ruined motor oil that mixed with the coolant and spark plugs drenched in oil. I've reviewed them before to which they rep**** saying they'll have management get back to me. This was 2, maybe 3 weeks ago already. So upon the R1500 for a tow that I didn't get a receipt for, I sit with a further R10k worth of damages and a car that won't even wave at me. Thanks for being there first to help me into this deep hole of debt, struggling and frustration.
