On the 04th September my car was in an accident on the M2 and first help got to the scene. One guy claiming to be the “supervisor” asked the driver for my numbers so that he can assist. We spoke on the phone and he told me that the lady who bumped the car is insured and I will be assisted and the insurance will sort out the matter. Few minutes later I received a call on a private number and a guy pretended to be from the other person’s insurance and they authorising for my car to be towed to the assessment centre and all charges to be covered. When I called the insurance they adviced that they never authorised the car to be towed. I went to Banfield where the car was taken and i was told I owe 12k for storage and 6.5k for towing. I can’t retrieve my car and I am not getting any assistance.</div>
