First Help Horrible Service
My cousin was in an accident and was made to sign a form that would allow First Help to tow his car. He was not informed about the Terms and Conditions and would not have signed the agreement had he seen the onerous agreements. He did not even see the Terms and Conditions that were apparently attached to the slip he signed. I spoke to a lady who was so RUDE named Tasneem from Industria Park depot. For towing the car regardless of distance is R6500. Within two days the amount is now R10500
