First Help Driver Causes Yet Another Accident

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from First Help Tow Truck Company following an accident caused by one of their drivers, Adiel Davis, two weeks ago. The driver made an ******* U-turn, which resulted in a collision with my vehicle, causing substantial damage. After the accident, instead of offering assistance or acknowledging the situation, Adiel Davis got out of his truck and began yelling at me for not stopping while he performed his ******* turn. This behavior was completely unprofessional and further escalated an already distressing situation.

Two weeks later, my vehicle has still not been properly assessed, despite being taken to Pro-line, the panel beater owned by the same tow truck company. This delay is utterly unacceptable. I have not received a single update or phone call from First Help to inform me of the status of the repairs or any next steps, leaving me completely in the dark.

I am left without my car and without any indication of when it will be repaired or returned. The inconvenience this has caused is beyond words. What should have been a simple resolution has turned into an ongoing ordeal that is costing me both time and peace of mind.

I strongly recommend that First Help Tow Truck Company improve both their customer service and the accountability of their drivers. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I hope it is addressed promptly for future customers.
