First help bad service 😞😞😞😔😔📢

had an accident on the 15 may 2022 shortly after an accident 3 first help tow vehicles registration numbers RPB455GP, FRK123GP and FC72LJGP came to the scene one of them was booked by the insurance of the lady who bumped at my car it was driven by an African male called innocent they told me that the insurance of that lady authorized them to tow my car so that they can assess it and fix it since I was not at fault they told me that the insurance will pay for everything I won’t pay even a cent a man called mpho he even showed me his WhatsApp chat that confirms that the insurance of that lady need my car he was chatting to someone named Tebogo from discovery insurance who confirmed they even requested an Uber for me that costed R400 that they took out of their pocket they said that they will claim it from that lady’s insurance. I was convinced that they were providing excellent service not knowing that they were ******** me. they mislead me to sign their contract with lies now when I follow up on my car they tell me that is owning more than R20 000 and I don’t have such money and is not what we agreed on the scene because I read their contract and I told them that I don’t have money they told me I must not worry everything will be covered by the insurance of that lady. First help I’m respectfully asking for my car back and I’m not prepared to pay any thing because your drivers mislead me. my car was still drivable after the accident I was not in need of ur tow truck and your storage I agreed to give them my car because they said that the insurance authorized them to take it and it will cover all the costs My car registration is JR57YKGP
