First help are ******* dont use them

These people are ******* .we got involved in an accident on saturday and they told us that they had talked to the other person we were involved in the accident wth had 3rd party on her insurance which will also cover our car so they insisted on towing our car for assessment only for them to call us this morning to tell us tht our car is accumulating money for storage which now amounted to 13900.we went and contested their pricing and we ended up paying 10.900 .when they towed our car car it had a full tank but we only reached outside the gate and the car was on empty even the reserve had nothing in it.one of the security guys told us tht its fuel cz they drain fuel from cars in the yard and we found our bonnet open and the fuel cap was on the ground.i would not recommend them at all and I hope they won't approach us in the near future cz I will give them hell.they chartered us 6900 for towing but we asked them how much they charge from their yard to my place they said its 1800 9f which the accident happened close to their yard and my place is very far from were they towed my car
