FIRST HELP.

So we were in a accident with our vehicle, the other party skipped a stop street. Long story short. First Help was on the scene within minutes. We are pensioners and this "very kind tow truck driver" from hell was so kind to offer to help us getting our vehicle home. Getting home he said we can't drive the bakkie it's going to cause more damage, although the only damage we could see was the bumper. He gave me a form to sign saying that's only to give him permission to take the vehicle to Panelbeaters about 5km from us. That was last Friday, Monday when we went to the Panelbeater that he named the vehicle was not there. The lady managed to trace the vehicle to Industria North, Roodepoort. The paper I signed wasn't explained to us just to confirm that he can take the vehicle. Monday we received an invoice for R13,200.00 from First Help for towing. We went to their office to find out what's going on, tried to speake to the manager and he chased us out of his office. Anyone got any advice please, my husband is getting a state pension and it is impossible for us to raise that amount. He also doesn't want to release our vehicle before every cent is paid. We need help people please. Thank you.
