Excellent Service

My wife unfortunately had an accident this morning. First Assist arrived swiftly, already logged the accident with my insurance and proceeded to assist my wife. Mark, the tow driver was excellent. My wife’s car did not sustain front damage, so in order not to cause damage during towing he called for a flat bed. He then assisted my wife to unpack all her belongings and brought her home. The accident was close to home fortunately. Mark really stands out in an industry that has a bad name. Thank you Mark.
