Excellent service

With my accident on 07/08/2024, Amanda Joubert from FirstHelp was an angel in a human dimension. She was just there out of no where. She helped me get hold of my car insurance people, she spoke to them and ordered a flatbed truck through my insurance to take my car to the insurance recommended panel beaters. She gave me a copy of the completed FirstHelp documentation. She helped removing my personal items from my car and loaded it onto her tow truck. She very calmly and patiently stayed with me until the flatbed truck arrived. She then even took me home where she helped offload my personal items. She calmly spoke to me during the ride. Before she left she gave me a warm hug and wished me the best. THAT is what I call service with a smile. Something that is rarely encountered anymore. Amanda deserves applause and praise. Thank you very much Amanda, I wish there were more people like you in this world.
