Drivers ****med me into having vehicle towed

Got completely ****med by drivers from First help Towing. After an accident I got out and one of the drivers asked my number, I foolishly agreed as I was still confused after the accident. Told the drivers it is a rental vehicle and I am in contact with the rental agency in order to tow the vehicle. Shortly after I receive a call claiming it is the rental agency’s emergency department, claiming first help is approved to tow, the person then spoke to a driver that arrived on scene and gave me the “approval to tow”. Once the car was towed the rental agency phones me and states that a truck is on the way, I told them that the car has already been towed. The rental agency confirmed it was not one of their people that contacted me and that I was ****med. I now have to pay exorbitant amounts to retrieve the vehicle in order to send it back to the rental agency. I have opened up a case of ***** and my lawyers will be in contact.
