Driver live with my car with without my permission at my gate

Firstly, as we speak, I’m opening a case against the driver who took my car last night. When we arrived at my gate, the driver said he was going to make a U-turn, but instead, he drove off with my car without my permission and without saying a word. I will be opening a theft case, and I hope you all stay safe and avoid using this company.
