Dont trust Fisrt Help!!! They give no help

Do not ever in your life trust what these guys say!!!

I was involved in a accident, where my car was a wreck First help came on scene, and I told them clearly that should there be any costs involved I don't want them to even look aty car! They told me actually promised me and other witness on scene that there will be no costs as the other parties insurance must pay, once again I said if any costs are involved leave my car alone!!!!!!!!!! The once again promised the people that was with my car that no costs will be involved, testerday I phoned the insurance juat to find out they do not cpver those cost i phoned First help to make arrangements to get my car, my car wasn't even there for 24 hours and they want to charge me R12 500 to get my car!!!!! After i told them numerous times if costs are involved dont even look at my car!!! I don't even make a quarter of the a month! O and just FYI they Charge you R7500 for towing!!!!
