Do not use First Help Towing

This company is full of ******. On Saturday the 13th, I was involved in an accident 3.5 Ks from home. I called police traffic department and the first help people were there. After a fee minutes I get a call which I believe is my insurance saying they see the car had a impact, it might not be safe to drive, are there any towing services around, I said yes first help. They asked I give one their foune and authorised them to take a my car. I later learnt that my insurance did not do that. They ******* me to allow them to tow my car. Next I call they telling me I owe them above R12 000 for towing and storage.

Please do get back to me.. ASAP, this cannot just let this go after such stress levels and money bei'g demanded from me. I can on my side open a ******** case in order to get the details of who called pretending to be my insurer. This incident cost me money in terms of calls and me running around as I was not sure where my car was or if it was in the condition they took it after all that misrepresentation..
