Do not use First help.. They do what they want
Would prefer giving 0 stars. They were quick on scene and approved by my insurance... However they were informed to take my car to a specific location and they took it to a panelbeater and did not bother to inform me. This caused delays in having my vehicle assessed because the car needs to be moved first as the place it was taken without permission is not approved by my insurance

25 Apr 2025, 16:05Guess what? First Help has been instructed to move my car to the correct place.... And now they simply ignoring the requests... When you phone, you get the runaround. Really disappointed!!!! Honestly **** service!!!
