My front seats were gone, my radio missing, my radiator had been removed, my back lights were gone and the centre console was gone. EVEN the gear label on the knob was gone. They told me my parts were in storage at first, which I later realised was not true (who would remove the gear label for storage???) My experience with first help was terrible from the moment they towed my car DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEIR DRIVERS SAY TO YOU!</div>
