Do Not Accept Their Assistance!!!!!

On the 7th of April 2025 I was involved in an accident. A driver from First Help (Lovejoy) offered to tow my car for R2100.00 to a panel beater for repairs. We agreed on this location even on paper, safe to say he had another thing planned. Called the guy the next day for further information to no luck, he’s been ignoring my calls ever since the incident. I called First Help offices for assistance but they too apparently couldn’t “communicate any information” A week later 15 April 2025 to be precise, someone finally calls to tell me where my car is and that I would need R15000 + to get my car which is absolutely absurd. These guys take advantage of one's distress and give you a runaround only to hit you with a crazy amount and threaten to take away your car to where you will never be able to get it back, what is even this treatment to supposed paying clients? What a **** this company is!!
