Disgusted
Not even worth 1 star. I am disgusted with the cost of this service. apart from charging an exessively for the towing only, they still add additional costs so that the poor man in the street lands up with an dept of 15K at the end of the day, PLUS additional storage, security and admin fees for any day there after. These terms ARE NOT made clear to the victims of vehicle accidents prior to removing their vehicles by the First Help drivers. More and more companies are *********** the public to suit their own agendas

06 Nov 2025, 16:53I certainly hope you can explain to me how you can charge R6700 to tow a little 800kg car to your storage facility. And by the way, 2 vehicles were loaded onto that flatbed, is the other vehicle driver also charged R6700 for the same tow?
