Dillian was quick to respond after the accident that I was involved in. He was very helpful. He also helped me to stay calm by talking to me and reassuring me. He treated me with respect and compassion. He fully explained where the car would be taken to for assessment by Outsurance. He also waited until I was ready to leave with my husband before he left with my vehicle.
