Deliberately throwing oil
Hi
We caught one of the vehicles that was deliberately throwing oil on the road to cause accidents. The license plate number of the vehicle is HS 20 JY GP.
Could we please report them to the SAPS or the Traffic Department?
This is shocking !!!!!
