Causes accidents refuses to damages

I recently had a terrible experience with 1st Help Towing that has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. On 4 December 2024 on the cnr of jan smuts and buckingham ave Craighallpark, one of their drivers ran a red light and slammed into my car. The accident caused significant damage to my vehicle, which was entirely the fault of the towing company’s employee.

What made the situation even worse was the response from the driver. Instead of taking responsibility for his actions, he had the audacity to advise me to "contact the government because the country is messed up." This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when he was clearly at fault.

I have attempted to reach out to 1st Help Towing to resolve this issue amicably, but their response has been less than satisfactory. Therefore, I am now in the process of contacting their insurers to file a formal claim and will be seeking legal advice. I want to make it clear that 1st Help Towing will be held liable for all damages and legal fees incurred due to their employee's negligence and unprofessional behavior.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. A company that does not take responsibility for their actions and lacks professional integrity is not one you want to rely on in any situation.

If I could give a zero star I would Saps case number is attached and I will be seeing first Help and the driver in question
