Bike gone awol with FIRST HELP
Good day Lerato Rankwe here
On the 24th of December I had a motorbike HARLEY DAVIDSON accident with a White BMW Sedan in Randburg and the First help towing guys came and towed my bike along with the BMW on a flat deck, i dealt with a guy who's name I have for gotten but his truck had a Name BOERE-POMPIE written and his colleague named Celeste. Until today I have not heard from them of any way forward if I will be covered in the car owners insurance as I do not have insurance on that BIKE, which under the impression that I will be third party covered.
The last thing I need is to be charged unexpected fees that I was not made aware of, where as I could have taken it home and sorted it out myself.
Please step in and make sure that they fix this issue
