Good day, I thought I should give a compliment when one is due. I was involved in a minor accident a few weeks back in Edenvale. I had the pleasure of being assisted by one of your drivers called Mr Tyrone Gouws. I have always been sceptical about towing companies as the stories you hear about them arent always good. I must say this young gentleman had the most respect I have seen in a long time. His first concern was If i was okay and if I needed anything. He assisted me to the best of his ability in getting my claim sorted with the insurance on the phone and even went the extra mile to give me a lift home. I know that people call them vultures but he was far from that. I will definitely use first help towing again because of him and I just wanted you to know what an asset you have to your company.
