My car got stuck in mud at my house. I called my insurance and they send first help out, i live in Linksfield. A guy by the name of Justin Shaw (operations manager) arrived shortly after. They immediately wanted to tow my car without ANY visible damaged as i was standing still when i got stuck, i didnt drive into a pothole or something like that. I tell them that the cat is automatic… while they are with me, they receive calls the ENTIRE time from the office (i assume) to know if they have towed me.. after much hesitation, i allow them to tow. They tow it to a autobody repair place (4,5km from my house). The Tuesday morning, we receive a towing bill of R13200!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, they towed the car incorrectly and ****ed the entire gearbox….
