Bad service from - First help Towing / Wrong information
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident , the tow truck assured me that my vehicle will be towed to a panel beater and all towing costs will be accrued from the insurance company. Later that day I received a call and an invoice for 11K and if I didn't remove my car there would be a daily cost. Just want to warn people not to be ******* into this . I know that you may not be yourself after an accident , but they do use that against us.

21 Sept 2021, 11:12They gave me false information, said my vehicle will be towed to a panel beater but instead towed to the yard. Said the cost will be covered by the third party insurance but send me a quote for R1062.00 plus a further tow of R850.00. Did not tell me the amount of the towing. Management didnt even want to lower the fees , if I didn't pay there was nothing they could do. I feel sorry for poor people like myself that are caught in these ****s.
