Bad company, Avoid them at all costs

First help is not in business to "Help" people. My brother was involved in an accident in the past weekend along the M1 North in JHB. First Help was first on the scene, vehicle was towed to their Roodepoort facility. We went to their facility on Tuesday morning to assess the damage on the car and also settle the bill. The bill was over R12,000 which they demanded that money be paid in full same time. And no payment arrangement allowed. In this tough economic times, not everyone have the kind of money they charge.
