Adriaan from First Help Towing assisted me yesterday morning when a car drove into my driver side door at around 8:15. He was quick on the scene (cnr of justice mahomed and brooklyn road) and was very helpful as due to loadshedding none of my mobile devices had power anymore. He allowed me to borrow his phone to make necessary calls, and gave me good advice. After speaking to the insurance company, he towed my car in to the silverlakes arc, and dropped me off at home after - all the way in Kilner Park. He went above and beyond even my own expectations from a first response service. First Help will be my number one suggestion to anybody that get’s into the same situation as I have.
