A rude driver who bumped onto me when I was parked on the side of the road

I was bumped onto by a drunk driver by the name of JB Venter, registration 945 FST GP. Sad thing is that he came straight onto me when my car was parked. Because that day he was drunk and he knew it could get him in trouble, he became nice and we did all that I thought was important to do on such a scene. And now that he has to get my car fixed as promised he’s just becoming nothing but rude to me. I’m not sure if that is how you do things at First Help.
