Worst service from First Help Locksmiths

On the 29th April, I searched for a locksmith in Florida Park and found one on Google. First we were charged R3600 which seemed ridiculous but that's not the point. After installing a new lock on a burglar gate, we struggled to lock it, we notified him while he was still onsite and it worked for that day. A week later our tenant reported that they are not able lock again. I called Armand who did the installation and he said he'll be there in 15 minutes, we waited for 2 hours and he never showed up. He then promised to come the following day at 12pm, I still called him around 11am to remind him and he said he's got it on his diary and he'll definitely be there. He still didn't show up, I called the number that's listed on Google and the guy put the phone down on me and then blocked me. I sent a message to Armand and called him again and he also blocked me. Needless to say that he got irritated when we told him on the day that we're struggling to lock. Is this what service has become in this country or is it to selective clients?
