Very terrible job by a locksmiths

I called first help locksmith for my door and burglar door. I complained to the locksmith the next day that the burglar is not locking and he never came after charging R200 for a call out and R3000 for his shabby job. He charged this amount without even taking 30 minutes to do his shabby job. The worst part he has blocked me from contacting him because I complained. I had to call for another person to sort out this problem and this means I had to pay again..
