Very disgusted at the way staff is treated

I worked for First Garment Rental Epping for 3 years. I stopped working there at the end of October 2019. I immediately completed my paperwork for provident fund payout. Now after waiting my 6 to 8 weeks am told by the Bidvest Provident fund dept that they do not have my paperwork. I called in to the office in Epping and spoke to Francis...who now after all this time confirns it has not been sent off. This is how they treated me when it came to my salary aswell. Unprofessional and utter disrespect for their workers. I feel abused, which is my initial reason for throwing in the towel...they losing good workers because of their lack of respect for human beings....I need my money and they are sitting on my paperwork...one blaming the other....I want my money Francis. Do your work
