Insurance ****.

A truck from First Garment Rental drove into my car on 11 November 2014, causing substantial damage. After speaking to and emailing various employees at FGR, I was fobbed off onto their insurance company, Bidvest Insurance (which incidentally is part of the same group of companies as FGR which is Bidvest Group), but never got a chance to speak to the insurers as they put me onto their attorneys, Bieldermans Inc who have proceeded to bully me in their attempt to accept a below damage amount for the repairs to my car. The repairs would amount to R39,000.00 and they are offering me R25,000.00 claiming that my car is only worth R41,000.00 and that it was a \write off"after the accident worth only R14"
