Worth a minus 5 rating

Worth a minus 5* rating - slow, unresponsive and totally useless - their "tracking" system is utterly useless - my recent experience is 2 days from pickup to Joburg hub - joburg to CT further 4 days- on floor at CT CT depot 3 days - out for delivery to Paarl 4 days ago - still no parcel !! I could have WALKED there and back 4 times in that timescale - not optimistic on delivery - so over 10 days from order so far - I truly wonder why any business ( Golfers Club in my case ) would continue to use a company whose performance clearly reflects badly on them ?
