Worst service ever !
My package was picked up by First Freight on the 12 th of December 2019. Still havnt received it, nor a refund from them !!! Today is the 15 th of January 2020. Terrible service from this company.

19 Jan 2020, 09:31Still not refunded. I have given them till end of day on Friday the 17!th of Jan to refund me. Nothing!! I have allso warned them that I will start my name and shame campaign if I dont get refunded by the deadline. Can anyone give me ideas who I can turn to next, to get my money back ?
