Worst service ever

This is truly THE worst courier services. They have either lost so many of my parcels or send it to the wrong address. And I'm not even going to talk about their phone etiquette.... Appalling to say the least. There is one lady that really tried her best, and i feel sorrt for her that she has to work for this "company".
